Troubleshooting your scooter

Scooter won't turn on
Make sure the key is fully inserted and turned to ON. Check that the freewheel lever behind the seat is set to DRIVE (down position), not FREEWHEEL.
Scooter beeps but doesn't move
Continuous beeping usually means the freewheel lever is in the wrong position. Move it to DRIVE and try again.
Battery drains too fast
Charge the scooter every night — even on partial use. If the range is still short, contact us and we'll swap the battery.
Charger light isn't turning on
Confirm the outlet works with another device. If the light stays off, call us and we'll bring a replacement charger.
Tires feel low or wobbly
Do not attempt to inflate the tires. Call us — we'll check and refill or replace the tire.
